Fresh Pumpkin & Gourd Longevity Warranty
Grand Threshold uses fresh, natural pumpkins and gourds in our autumn porch installations. Because these are perishable agricultural products, their lifespan will vary based on variety, temperature, direct sunlight, moisture, irrigation, handling, wildlife, and other environmental conditions.
While many pumpkins may remain beautiful for several weeks or longer, Grand Threshold cannot guarantee that any individual pumpkin or gourd will last for the full duration of your seasonal display, particularly during warm early-fall temperatures.
7 day Freshness Guarantee:
If a pumpkin or gourd shows significant rot or deterioration within 7 days of installation, please contact Grand Threshold with a photo. We will replace the affected item at no charge.
After the 7 day period, natural softening, discoloration, sun damage, shriveling, mold, cracking, or decay is considered normal deterioration of a fresh seasonal product and is not covered.
Clients should periodically inspect their display. Any pumpkin that becomes soft, leaking, moldy, or significantly deteriorated should be removed promptly to prevent damage to surrounding pumpkins or porch surfaces.
Replacement pumpkins may be available throughout the season and can be installed for the cost of replacement materials plus the applicable delivery/service fee. Exact varieties, colors, shapes, and sizes are subject to seasonal availability.
Grand Threshold will select and install pumpkins in good condition and will place them with longevity in mind whenever the porch environment allows.
